Former Texas State Court Judge Sam Medina Indicted

Fox News reports that Former Texas state court judge Sam Medina was indicted last week on 10 sexual assault charges.

Medina’s attorney, Rod Hobson, stated that he “is confident that when all the dust settles, Sam Medina will be found not guilty. . .”

Medina’s accuser, his estranged daughter-in-law Angelina Medina, stated through her attorney that she “remains confident in her resolve to stand up for herself and for other victims in similar situations” and that she “will see this through until the end when Sam Medina will be found guilty”.

In an interesting twist, the grand jurors also charged Velma Medina (Sam Medina’s wife) and Angelina Medina with a misdemeanor offense, and indicted Medina’s son Erik Medina (Angelina’s estranged husband) on felony charges.
